We’re hiring a Social Media & UGC Specialist for our flagship app SCRL, a purpose-built design app loved by millions of creatives.

Role overview

This role is for someone who’s deeply connected to creator culture, knows social media inside out, and is driven to make an impact. You’re ambitious, with a clear focus on helping SCRL grow faster and reach more creators through smart, community-led work.

You’ll be part of our in-house creative team, sourcing content from our audience for high-performing ads, growing the community, and sparking word of mouth about SCRL.

What you’ll do

• Build an engaged community around SCRL by making our social channels a source of inspiration and encouraging creators to share their work using the app.
• Lead UGC sourcing from start to finish, including outreach, coordination, contracts, and content delivery for use in ads and other channels.
• Stay on top of trends, user feedback, and creator conversations to keep content fresh and relevant.
  

We’re looking for

• A genuine interest in visual storytelling, photography, or design, with a strong sense of what resonates in creative communities.
• Hands-on experience creating social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, with a good eye for what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Familiarity with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to adapt tone for different formats and audiences.
• A creative and curious mindset. You stay ahead of trends, love experimenting, and bring ideas grounded in insight.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You are comfortable managing multiple timelines, creators, and content pieces at once.
