We’re a focused and ambitious team in central Stockholm, built on collaboration and transparency. We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer who shares our passion for design, storytelling, and empowering creators to help shape the future of SCRL.


Role Overview

As a Performance Creative Designer, you will produce marketing assets that drive results, blending creativity with data-driven insights. You’ll be part of the in-house creative team and drive SCRL’s growth by producing high-performing digital ads.


What You Will Do

  • Design visually compelling Meta and TikTok ads that meet performance goals.
  • Work in close collaboration with creative and performance marketing specialists.
  • Blend user-generated content with motion design to craft high-performing ads that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Actively participate in A/B testing initiatives and build data-driven hypotheses, iterating on creatives for continuous improvement.
  • Explore emerging and trending social media formats to keep our ad creatives fresh and competitive.
  • Produce both English-speaking and localized ad variations that resonate culturally with specific audiences.


You Should Have

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a motion design and video editor, with a focus on social media and performance marketing (particularly in creating Meta ads).
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects).
  • An understanding of core digital marketing principles and metrics and a strong interest in developing hypotheses for creative A/B tests.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for presenting concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at a high pace without compromising quality.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
  • Experience in the agency or working with the apps is a plus.
