We’re a focused and ambitious team built on collaboration and transparency. We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer who shares our passion for mobile products and wants to help shape the future of SCRL.

Role overview

We're looking for a talented Senior iOS Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimise our SCRL app as an integral part of a dynamic product development team.

What you will do

  • Create high-quality and robust features, owning the development process from planning to final delivery.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to plan and ensure high-quality results.
  • Work with the engineering team to ensure best practices and code standards are followed.
  • Leverage usage data and experimentation results to evaluate the performance and impact of released features, troubleshoot potential issues, and ideate new hypotheses for further iterations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the iOS ecosystem (developer tools, new iOS APIs).
  • Take an active role in roadmap planning, code reviews, problem solving, and testing sessions.

 

You should have

  • Extensive experience in iOS development and Swift.
  • Experience working on consumer apps with large user bases.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent and reliable code.
  • A talent for technical problem solving and designing effective and maintainable abstractions.
  • An ability to communicate concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • An ability to work at a high pace without compromising quality.
  • A can-do attitude. Be a self-motivated problem solver with an eye for details and an internal drive for excellence.
