How you'll make an impact

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be tackling early on, but know that this will naturally evolve:

• Audience insights & local relevance
  • Make sure SCRL stays hyper-relevant (culturally, regionally, and creatively), and adapt content and messaging for local markets
  • Spot early trends, run user research, and analyze what others are doing (and not doing) to fuel our creative strategy with actionable insights

• Community & organic growth (WOM)
  • Spot creators who match SCRL's brand and turn those collaborations into long-term ambassadorships
  • Keep growing our Instagram community (and whatever platform comes next) into a daily source of inspiration, encouraging creators to share their work using SCRL

• Creator content sourcing & direction
  • Collaborate closely with content creators to produce premium-looking content for our ad production (this is where your creative vision and direction skills really shine!)
  • Run UGC campaigns from start to finish: from pitching, briefing, and directing creator content to contracting and final delivery

• Social media-native
  • Socials is your second language, and you spot microtrends before they explode
  • Actually create content on Instagram/TikTok and know what makes people stop scrolling

• Great communicator
  • Write and speak English fluently, adapting your tone for different audiences
  • Comfortable managing multiple timelines, creators, and content pieces

• Culturally plugged in
  • Deeply tuned into fandoms, cultural conversations, and how online communities move
  • Understand different cultural landscapes outside of the Nordics (bonus points if you know other cultures and can spot what works locally vs. globally)

• Interests
  • Photography, visual design, storytelling, content creation, video editing
• Education
  • Digital media, marketing, content creation, or visual communications degree
• Languages 
  • Fluency in languages beyond English and understanding of non-Nordic markets (bonus but not required)
